Field Service protocol generator challenge
Introduction
At the moment we create “paper”-protocols/ documents with our CMS, which are filled manually on-site. Afterwards, the data is manually transmitted into our databases by the backoffice.
Problem
- We need a tool, that generates protocols / query masks based on our CMS (xml). It must be user and machine readable.
