The EXPO, where startups and companies present themselves to ruhrSUMMIT participants, will mainly take place digitally on our interactive platform. In addition to the digital presence, a reduced number of exhibitors due to COVID-19 will also be present on-site at the Jahrhunderthalle in Bochum.

You are welcome to host a stand on our digital platform with your company at ruhrSUMMIT. Here you will find more information and contact options. In a personal meeting we will clarify all details and discuss whether there is interest in an exhibition space on site in Bochum. If so, we will contact you by the end of May 2021 and clarify together whether this is possible.

As a start-up you only need a start-up ticket (29,- EUR net per person) and thereby ensure the option of a digital EXPO stand. This means that you can definitely use it if you want to. And if you don't, you won't be listed as an exhibitor on the platform.

During the ticket purchase you can indicate if you are interested in a physical participation in Bochum. We will inform you by the end of May 2021 if this will be possible due to Corona.

No. Companies can contact us to purchase an EXPO stand on the digital platform, and startups are given the opportunity to staff a stand digitally when they purchase their ticket.

START-UPS: Each start-up ticket at 29 EUR net per person offers the option of a digital EXPO booth.

We recommend that the digital stand is always manned during the official event hours on both days of the event. Staffed means that at least one contact person is logged in and can be contacted directly via chat or video chat. • Digital content: In addition to a presentation area for graphics and videos, you can make a wide variety of files available for download in the digital file storage.
• Direct and indirect communication with stand visitors: As a stand owner, visitors can contact you directly via chat or video chat. It is also possible to arrange appointments. In the digital mailbox you will find business cards with contact information and messages from participants.

• As a company, in addition to the logo presence, you have the option of designing your stand in your CI colors or with ready-made backgrounds.
• Start-up stands are presented in a uniform design and also showcase your logo on a large scale.

Due to COVID-19, we will only be able to welcome a reduced number of participants at ruhrSUMMIT. We will ask start-ups to participate as an exhibitor on site in Bochum during the ticket purchase process via Eventbrite. For companies, we use the personal meeting for this purpose.

START-UP: We provide an all-inclusive package of a uniformly designed stand including information board (logo, short description, etc.), electricity and WiFi. You only need to bring your computer and marketing materials, such as flyers.

No. However, you are welcome to bring flyers, other marketing or presentation materials that fit on the available table area of 0.5x2m.
