Shortly before ruhrSUMMIT you will receive a link by e-mail with which you can register on the digital platform. Please have your 10-digit ticket number ready, which you will find on your Eventbrite ticket.

The platform will be accessible approx. 2 weeks before ruhrSUMMIT, so that you can complete your profile and/or fill your EXPO stand with information at your leisure.

Approximately 2 weeks before ruhrSUMMIT, you can register on the platform and create your profile, which we strongly recommend. This way, you can already be found in the run-up to the event and also filter for potential business partners yourself in order to arrange appointments with them for the two days of the event.

For formats such as Table Discussions or slots in the Expert Lounge, advance registration is required. First come - first served!

In the Match Making Area, you can filter participants by type, industry, etc., write to them or start 1:1 video chats - also in virtual topic rooms. At the EXPO, you will find exhibitor stands of companies and start-ups and can also contact the stand owners directly via chat or video chat. Furthermore, the ruhrSUMMIT ROULETTE offers you an exciting opportunity to get in touch with interesting people at random.

Present yourself in the best possible way with your profile by filling in all the relevant information about yourself and your company and showing the other participants who you are and what you offer. Also be clear about what you are looking for or what you are interested in. This increases the possibility of being found and approached by other participants.
